Michael and Sara enjoy taking long walks and bike rides as a family, going to the park, zoo, or beach, attending concerts and plays, watching movies, and traveling. They adopted their son in 2011 and are excited to grow their family again through adoption.
Michael is an electrical engineer and Sara’s a full-time stay-at-home mom. Their son Drew has a sweet and cheerful personality and is very excited about becoming a big brother! Drew’s birth mother chose Michael and Sara several months in advance of her due date and they were present at the hospital on the day Drew was born. They send her periodic pictures and e-mails, which keep her up-to-date on the latest about Drew.
About her husband, Sara says, “He earns a good salary and is a wise financial planner, so he is able to comfortably provide for our family. Michael enjoys recreational scuba diving, reading, playing games, and most of all, being a dad!” And Michael shares about his wife, “She speaks some conversational Spanish and plays the piano a little. She also enjoys reading, playing games with family and friends, gardening, cooking, home decorating…but more than anything else, she loves being a mom!”
