Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
What is your resolution or goal for the New Year? As we ring in 2017, many of you have resolutions and goals to adopt a baby this year.
We seek the Lord in the New Year and strive to put our past behind us. By reaching for a better relationship with God, we’re also persevering to better Christian adoption.
As hopeful parents, we encourage you to continue to grow even closer to the Lord than ever. Then, your future child will know God and the blessings He provides. The need to be closer to God may feel overpowering now more than ever. It’s always been your intent to create your family for Christ, but there may have been those moments this past year when you’ve been lax and unfocused.
It’s time to focus. It’s time to put the past behind you. It’s time to persevere in your journey to infant adoption. Discover valuable tips that will help you adopt a baby this year by requesting free information from Lifetime Christian Adoption.
Please join us in prayer as we focus on becoming parents for Christ:
Forgive us for not giving us to you.
Forgive us for not continually seeking your heart Lord.
Teach us, Lord to raise our children and put you in the center of our lives.
Thank you, Father, for your compassion every day.
Keep watch over our minds and our hearts Lord.
In Jesus name, Amen.
