Hello from North Carolina!
Taelor and Isaac here – it’s just the two of us for now! We grew up in the same town with our large families. Adoption is close to our hearts since our two youngest nephews are adopted, along with several other close family members and friends. We are building a life and family that puts Faith first, creates margin for contentment and peace, and is filled with unconditional, sacrificial love. We can’t wait to grow our family through adoption!
More About Us
We were both born and raised here in NC in the same small town; however, it wasn’t until college that we officially met and began dating. We have been married for six years now! We have always known we wanted to adopt and have so much peace about starting our family through adoption. The day we bring a baby home will be one of the best days of our lives!
We love spending time together; quality time is an important part of our marriage. Together we enjoy taking sunset walks down the valley where we live, sitting by the fire on our porch, working on home projects, watching movies, attending rodeos or live music events, date nights, skiing/snowboarding and much more.
About Taelor (by Isaac)
Taelor is a smart, caring and giving person who is always looking for any opportunity to be a friend to someone. She loves her animals, especially our dog Winston. She is great at empathizing and listening. She is an excellent event planner and does a great job at rising to the challenge no matter what it is. I know she will nurture, love and care for our little one and give all of herself to be the best mother she can be. She is excited to share her love for creating and the outdoors with her children, but most importantly wants to teach them to embrace who God made them to be and live life abundantly.

About Isaac (by Taelor)
Isaac is an entrepreneur at heart; he is currently working on our latest project…a historic farmhouse! We are updating it and converting it into an Airbnb. The extra income will help make it easier for me to go part-time. Isaac is an extremely hard worker; he takes pride in what he does and is always eager to learn how to do new things. He talks often about how excited he is to teach our kids the skills he has learned. He is kind, loyal, wise, has an amazing sense of humor and incredibly giving. There’s nothing the man can’t do and I love him more and more every day! He is going to be the best Daddy.

Our Beautiful Mountain Home in NC
We live in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina in a peaceful little valley just a few minutes from our historic downtown. There’s so much to do here, it’s impossible to be bored. We finished building our home in 2022 and are so excited to grow our family here. We have prayed over the rooms where our future children will sleep and play. The room that will be the nursery has the best view in the house!
Our home has three bedrooms and a large yard all the way around, with a creek running through. The town we live in is called a “playground” because depending on the season you can do whatever your heart desires here. There are hiking trails, fishing streams, ski slopes, and more.
Family is Everything!
We have been blessed with large families on both sides and our immediate families live nearby – we are actually neighbors with Isaac’s parents and two sisters! We have 5 nieces and nephews ages 3-11 who are eagerly waiting the arrival of their new cousin(s). Our two adopted nephews are especially excited to meet their newest addition to our family, whom they affectionately refer to as “cousin brother/sister.”
Isaac’s parents own a large farm where we spend a lot of time sharing meals, playing outside or celebrating birthdays. And if nothing is going on at the farms, the cousins can walk to each other’s houses to play!
Our Promise to You
We promise to love and care for your child as our own; our hearts are so full of love for this child already, we can hardly wait to wrap our arms around them. We promise to always provide them with protection, safety, affection and encouragement. We want to teach them how love themselves and love Jesus, to grow and learn in an environment where they never have to question if they belong or if they are important or valued. It is our mission that we can help lead them to fulfill their God-given purpose. We promise to talk about you, their birth mother, as much as they would like and remind them that YOU are important in their adoption story.

| Our Faith | Our Faith is the center of our marriage, and we strive to seek Jesus daily. It is our hearts' desire to use the unique talents and gifts God gave us to serve others. He has blessed us far beyond what we deserve, and we want to share those blessings with others. We pray our future children accept Christ as their Savior. As parents, we want to raise them in a home where they know how much they are loved, treasured, prayed for and accepted. God has given us both hearts for children, and we just can't wait to love on them the way He loves us! | |

| Why We Are Adopting | We have always known adoption would be part of our story; we even discussed it in our dating years. After a few years of trying to have biological children without success, we knew it was God's plan for us to start our family through adoption! We have no doubt this is God's plan for our family. God has made our hearts fertile for adoption and full of love for little children. We are honored that He has called us to be adoptive parents and already loves the baby/children He chooses for our family beyond words. | |
