Are you having a difficult time as you wait to be chosen by a birth mother?
Ask God, “help me see this problem from your perspective and with eyes of faith.”
Resolve to face this challenge in Faith. As individuals, it’s found we do some of our best thinking on our feet. If you’re wanting to make any changes in your life, there is new research that shows that simply by walking, you’re able to bring about more creative and positive thoughts. Christian adoption expert Mardie Caldwell shares, “I find if get up and walk even around the office I get those ideas and solutions flowing!” Try to take a walk out in the sun or into nature for at least 15 to 30 minutes a day.
Here is a prayer for this time of waiting: Lord, control my mind – remind me to turn it over to You when it seems too difficult on my own. Help me to get well. Keep my eyes and my mind wide open to all that You are doing in my life.
Give me energy and strength, Lord. Help me Focus and be calm. Remind me that there are enough time and resources to do what I need to do. Remind me to breathe deeply.
