John and Loraine are a young Mennonite couple who have been blessed to adopt their son Virgil. John has a stable job with a company that sells building products, and Loraine is a stay-at-home mom.
They believe it’s easier to have a close relationship with God by following the Mennonite faith, which includes a more “laid-back” lifestyle without all the latest gadgets. They were both raised in this setting and as adults have each made the choice to be baptized and to strive to follow God’s teachings. They are looking forward to adopting their second child and filling their home with more love and laughter!
